鯛のスープ。
お魚屋さんで、鯛のアラを買ってきました。
Congzi bought the sea bream's tail, head, and bone in the fish shop.

ウロコを丁寧に取り除きます。
She removed the scale of the fish carefully.
その後、沸騰させた昆布のだしに入れてスープを取ります。
These were put in the soup of the boiled seaweed.
She stewed these well.....

とても、美味しく出来たんだけどぉ～
This was completed very delicious....
頭が崩れちゃって、写真はお見せする事ができましぇん。。。ちょいグロ。。。
But a head is destroyed and cannot show it as a photograph. uuuun it was a little bit grotesque.....

そうめんの煮麺のスープにすると、スゴク良いです！！
Good for noodle soup !!!
